The evening is free to relax or stroll through Lahore’s colonial-era streets before turning in for the night.

Begin your exploration with a visit to the UNESCO-listed Lahore Fort, focusing on its pre-Islamic sections and temples associated with the Hindu epic Ramayana. Inside the fort, discover the Lov Temple and ancient remnants linked to Ashokan heritage. After lunch, take a guided walking tour through the Royal Trail of the Walled City to witness restored Hindu homes and discuss the coexistence of faiths in ancient Lahore. Evening brings a traditional dinner and overnight stay in the city.

After breakfast, drive toward Jhelum, stopping first in Gujranwala to see the remnants of Hindu temples that once served the northern Punjab community. Continue to Rohtas Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that blends Mughal and Afghan influences. The day concludes at Tilla Jogian, a mystical hilltop complex that was once the largest center for Hindu ascetics in Punjab and also visited by Guru Nanak. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at a peaceful countryside homestay near Jhelum.

Depart for Bhera, one of the oldest living towns of Punjab, to explore its ancient temples and bustling bazaars. Proceed toward Chakwal to visit Sassi Da Kallara, a temple associated with the tragic folklore of Sassi-Punnu. The highlight of the day is the Katas Raj Temples Complex, one of Pakistan’s most sacred Hindu sites. Stroll around the holy pond believed to have formed from Lord Shiva’s tears, and explore temples linked to the Pandavas from the Mahabharata epic. Overnight stay at a scenic resort overlooking the Katas pond.

Spend the day discovering the Malot Temples, perched on sandstone cliffs with intricate Kashmiri-style carvings, followed by a visit to the Nandana Fort and Temple Complex, where Al-Biruni once measured the circumference of the Earth. Continue to Amb Temples in Sakesar, a hidden site surrounded by rugged hills. Return to Katas Raj by evening, enjoying dinner under the starlit Salt Range sky.
