On the way, stop at Kallar Kahar, a peaceful valley surrounded by hills and salt lakes. In the evening, unwind by Dhok Tahliyan Dam, where the calm waters reflect the golden light of sunset. Overnight stay at a local lodge near Katas Raj.

After breakfast, journey toward the Khewra Salt Mines, the second-largest in the world and one of Pakistan’s most unique geological wonders. Explore the glowing pink salt tunnels, crystal formations, and miniature monuments sculpted from salt rock. Continue to Nandana Fort, perched on a hill that once hosted the great scholar Al-Biruni, who calculated the Earth’s circumference here. Wander through the ruins and take in panoramic views of the Potohar Plateau. Return to Katas Raj in the evening for a peaceful overnight stay at the lodge.

Check out and drive toward Soon Valley, a hidden gem known for its lakes, orchards, and spiritual calm. Visit the twin jewels of the region—Uchali Lake and Khabeki Lake—both shimmering with reflections of surrounding hills. Continue to the historic Kanhatti Gardens, a scenic retreat with citrus orchards, waterfalls, and walking trails. The day blends nature and serenity, offering moments of quiet reflection. Overnight stay at a comfortable motel overlooking Khabeki Lake.
