The final day begins with a serene Sunrise Yoga Circle, followed by Mindfulness in Motion, blending yoga and walking meditation along the tranquil beach.
Breakfast and Journaling: After breakfast, participants engage in a reflective Journaling Exercise to record insights and emotions, fostering self-awareness and closure.
Free Time & Farewell Lunch: Spend the final hours relaxing at Khoj Resort—swimming, enjoying the spa, or soaking in the tranquility—before gathering for a farewell lunch to share reflections and gratitude.
The retreat concludes with the journey back to Karachi, leaving participants recharged and connected.
Your journey begins with a morning departure from Karachi to the serene Khoj Resort in Allana, offering a tranquil setting for peace and rejuvenation. Upon arrival, check in and enjoy a refreshing lunch with light, nourishing options to begin your wellness journey.
The retreat starts with a Guided Mindfulness Meditation, helping participants focus on breath awareness and grounding, followed by a tranquil Silent Nature Meditation, set amidst soothing waves and a coastal breeze.
Free Time: After the sessions, unwind and explore the resort’s facilities. Enjoy the beachside swimming pool, rejuvenating spa treatments, or the sauna or hamam, or take a peaceful beach stroll to connect with nature.
Evening Activities: As the sun sets, gather for a relaxing Restorative Yoga Session on the beach, releasing physical and mental tension. Conclude the day with a calming Candle Gazing Meditation (Trataka), fostering focus and inner calm.
