1️⃣ Welcome Ceremony (30 mins)

2️⃣ Rhythms of the Valley (45 mins)
The air fills with the sound of dadang drums, surnai, and flute, as local musicians perform rhythmic tunes that echo across the mountains. Groups of men and women dancers join in circular formations, performing the traditional Damal dance, symbolizing joy and unity.
3️⃣ The Secret of Hunza (30 mins)
An expert storyteller or local elder narrates ancient legends — tales of the Silk Route, the Mir of Hunza, and mountain folklore passed down generations. This storytelling segment creates a bridge between past and present, revealing the “Raaz” — the secret life of the valley.
4️⃣ Contemporary Fusion Evening (45 mins)
